Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then process the orders, which takes an additional
- 1–6 days to create wearable products,
- 1–4 days to create non wearable products.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Depending on where you live and the shipping options selected during checkout, this can vary between 1 and 20 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
That being said, the very vast majority of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Due to the current pandemic, we are unfortunately experiencing a lot of unusual delays, mainly due to the fact that many of our providers are dealing with new work routines.
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
Shipping is also still taking longer than usual depending on where your orders are shipping to.
