In a few days, it will be back to school for many. Whether it’s going to primary school, high school or even university, people will experience different kinds of feelings. Some will be excited to meet new people, face new challenges, and so on. But others will be more or less anxious about these same factors. In their minds, there will be more apprehension, stress and a lot of questions.
If you had the opportunity to travel back in time and meet a younger version of yourself, what would you say to him/her? Or: if you were in this situation, about to start a new academic session, what would you have liked to be told? What would you have liked to hear?
